Blue Ocean triple co-rotating screw extruders
Blue Ocean triple co-rotating screw extruder adopts co-rotating, parallel, equal screw diameter triple screw construction. With smaller screw length/diameter ratio, machine can achieve same mixing and dispersing effect as twin screw extruder with larger L/D ratio (twice higher output at same screw diameter); degassing efficiency is also enhanced greatly due to the increase of specific surface area and surface turnover rate. Screw elements have unique self-cleaning effect. The feed entrance of feed barrel is specially designed to ensure the input ability levelness, which completely match high production rate of the machine. |
